All your orders are shipped directly from New Delhi, India.
We send all shipments via Air to ensure speed and safety, unless airport facilities are not available for a particular location.
Orders are normally shipped via India's/World's most reputed logistics services within 24 hours of receiving the confirmed order. Deliveries (both national & international) are usually completed within 48-96 hours, but may take up to 7 days in normal course.
All shipments are thoroughly packed and insulated from any external damage.
Shipping rates/costs for each shipment are calculated based on the best possible available rates through the most reputed carriers/logistics providers.
We can only accept returns for items with proven manufacturing defects. (conditions apply).
If an item ordered by you on AUTSUN.COM is delivered to you in a damaged / defective condition, please email our Customer Care for a replacement. Once established that the goods were delivered to you in damaged condition, and the item is returned to us, we will ship out the replacement item to you. We believe in complete customer satisfaction.
If a branded item has a manufacturing defect, the service is usually handled by the brand and the customer should directly call the service center to lodge a complaint. All branded products we sell are covered by manufacturer's warranty and terms of such warranty shall apply.
We ship WORLDWIDE (>200 countries), besides any corner of INDIA. We use FEDEX/DHL/TNT for international shipments. In India our reach extends to even the remotest areas and we use India's most reputed carriers for delivery.
The rates for each shipment are dynamically calculated and the best possible rates are shown to you in real time when you checkout your cart.
Certain categories of items may not be permitted for international shipments.
Certain Indian states apply a small levy called Octroi, this may need to be borne by the customer since it is not possible to accurately predict the octroi.

AUTSUN offers many freebies, including free credit-card/cheque processing, and free gift-wrapping on most items. The minimum order-total we can currently accept is Rs.150 (automatically set by system in case order-total is less than this), so that the transaction is feasible for both the shopper and the service.
Cancellation policy works according to the current status of your order, as follows:
- If your Order Status is 'To be Processed', you can cancel your order and request for a full refund.
- If your Order Status is 'Under Process', the order has already been put into action by the delivery team. Cancellation may be permitted and refunds may be allowed up to maximum 90% of order value at the sole discretion of the service.
- If your Order Status is 'Ready for Shipment' / 'Shipped' or above, the order cannot be cancelled.
